Called to the Ontario Bar in 1995, Marc C. Laroche has over 22 years of experience practicing in the areas of civil litigation and insurance law. He currently serves clients throughout northern Ontario, focusing on personal injury matters, motor vehicle accident claims (including accident benefit claims), slip-and-fall accident claims, dog bites, wrongful dismissals, fire losses, insurance disputes, contract disputes, long term disability claims, CPP disability claims, criminal injuries compensation claims and wills. Marc is happy to represent clients in both French and English.
Marc received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Laurentian University and his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Moncton. He also has a diploma from Cambrian College in Law and Security. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Canadian Bar Association, the Cochrane Law Association, the Sudbury Law Association and a past member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. Marc shows his active commitment to his community through his volunteer work with Northern Diamonds Academy of Dance and Timmins Got Talent.
